RETURNS POLICY.
Bonway Trading will replace, or accept the return of a product that is faulty when bought online or in person from our
outlet. The product has to be reported as faulty within one week of receiving the product. And photos or video has to be
sent to Bonway trading to illustrate the defect.
Bonway trading will not exchange a product for a different product.
Bonway will not replace products that don’t fit the requirements of the buyer in size or function, customers must read the
description of the products and check their dimensions online before committing to the purchase.
On discovery of any defect in goods, the customer must immediately notify Bonway Trading in writing of such defect. The
customer must not carry out any remedial work to allegedly defective goods without first obtaining the written consent of the
company to do so. All goodsmust be returned to Bonway trading otherwise replacements will be charged for.
